Return Policy

Rest assured if you are not happy with a product we will make every effort to exchange it for another item or we can offer a refund if the item is returned, unused, not worn and in saleable condition, in the original packaging.**

We will consider an item for return with in 30 days of delivery only.

You may return the item in one of two ways: come into the store at 359 E. Main Street, Mt Kisco, NY 10549 OR by US mail or other shipping service at your expense.  Please be sure to get a tracking number for your records.

You will be issued a refund of your purchase price when the item is received and deemed to be in perfect, unused and unworn condition for resale.

**Certain items such as compression stockings/socks, some braces and orthotics are not returnable. Please be sure you measure for size correctly before ordering. 

Items that have been shipped directly from the manufacturer and arrive to you  defective or broken, may be exchanged for a replacement item once the product has been returned. We will pay for the return shipping in such cases. Contact us within 2 business days of delivery to report a broken or defective item. 

 Any custom item or specially ordered product is not returnable.
